• Non-engraved Tintlife TruEdge units can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Engraved units are custom-made and are non-refundable unless defective.
• Change of mind: you pay return shipping.
• Defective, damaged, or wrong item: Tintlife pays return shipping.

How to return

Email tintlifetimmins@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. We'll reply with return instructions.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, email us with your order number (and a photo if damaged) and we'll replace it.

Shipping

We ship within Canada from Timmins, Ontario. Shipping is a flat $13.99 anywhere in Canada. Tax is charged by ship-to province (ON 13%; NB, NL, PEI 15%; NS 14%; all others 5% GST), and applies to shipping and engraving at the same rate.
